Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that on September 26, 2017 at approximately 9:30 am the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division along with The Department of Homeland Security executed arrest warrants at 3000 Block of North Broad Place in Huntsville, Alabama. The result of the warrants that were executed come from an ongoing investigation between the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security. The subject pictured below was arrested on the listed charges and booked into the Madison County Jail with a bond totaling $365,000. At this time, there may possibly be other victims involved in Crimes of a sexual nature involving Billy Edwards.
